Saw this one in Halifax last summer at the ferry terminal. Those saddle bags look like they could be original equipment.

1967 BSA 441 Victor(s)

Here are a few from my image archive...

The first set of scanned images was me and my dad on my dad's '67 441. He had added a Greeves front end and a 94 tooth rear sprocket. He used this combo to climb the coal slags in Roslyn, WA back in the early '70s. This was my initiation into the world of off-road motorcycling. My dad still has the bike (which sits in my shop) and it is in this same state of trim. He had a severe stroke a year ago and he can no longer ride. I still enjoy making sure the bike starts and runs every now and again.

Sometime in the late '80s I found and purchased my own '67 441 (in stock trim). I even took my motorcycle endorsement test with this bike. I also still have this bike and it makes an appearance out on select back-roads a few times per year.

Nice old shots!

Your telling us the 441 was set up with 24 more teeth than this!

Talking My 1953 BSA B33

Love this thread!

This is my 53 B33 (500cc) plunger.

Of all the kickstart bikes I have owned over the years this is the most reliable first kick bike of them all (as long as you get the secret handshake right!)

Thank you for the kind words Rasthomas.

I actually ride this bike quite a bit. My favorite event is the "Isle of Vashon TT" It is a poker run around Vashon Island with about 4,000 other classic bikes including BSA's!
