Front Fender
repsolrider,
What is the front fender for your SuperRio? I have asked several KLR riders that use them and they always say it's an Acerbis fender for a KTM. When I ask What model and year, they say: "Uh, uh, I don't remember". I want to replace the front fender on my Black '07 KLR650, don't know which one to order ![]() Love the tread. I have a '07 & a '08 KLR650 and a '08 Versys. I could replace all three with one bike if your bike went into production. Beautiful piece of workmanship from a skilled craftsman ![]() ![]()

My fender is made by Polisport but any copy of a 2007-2009 KTM EXC four stroke should be the same. Any dealer should be able to get you one. Cheers. |

Just built a cheap-o knock off - thanks to RepsolRider for the inspiration.

I still love this bike! Not too many custom jobs like this end up looking like a factory bike. The detail is amazing. If I ever get the opportunity to build one of these, I am sure it won't look nearly as good.

You told me you had one but you didn't show it to me. I had no idea it was so big or so pretty.

That's not a project I'm willing to even try to imagine dreaming of how to replicate. ![]() There's a hot tub on top, right?

You wouldn't kill for the all-up wet weight of around 235kg for an XRV though
