I'm surprised a couple things haven't happened with them yet.....

One, their bank pulling there credit card ability.

Two, KTM cutting them off.

Hmmm.. bought my 990 from them and thought they were great, very pleasant to deal with and the mechanic took the time to show me shortcuts to make oil changes quicker, and expalined more than I needed to know abou the bike? they have since moved operations to Sturgis, SD and while I haven't purchased from them since the move friends who have said they simply drive up to the warehouse and pick up thier order?? I have heard that they are about to be cut off financially and from KTM so??

The worst thing

This post started two years ago and the poor guys at cycle hutt didn't get the memo. I had my final transaction with them about a year ago, same problems.. It's to bad they didn't make the changes to make it right.

Just do a charge back on the credit card. Your provider should be able to facilitate easily.

Direct from cyclehutt

This is the response I got when I asked cyclehutt what was up.

We are still having Satan attacking us in so many ways. The software, which
we changed to in 2010, by a Christian company has been a complete disaster.
It finally melted down Oct 5th and we lost thousands of orders. We have new
software in place, the same we used from 2000 until 2010.

Our relationship with KTMUSA is now in legal action. We were sued once by
KTMUSA in 2003 and settled out of court. (We owned KTM.com)

Again in 2011 ktm pulled our dealership agreement. For 2012, we have
purchased parts from three different ktm dealers that has not gone smoothly
with ktm.

I have no idea who you are, by the email address, but we do believe in
Christ and wonder why Christ has taken his hand off of us. We pray for
Christ's guidance each day and pray for our dealership back. The President
of ktm, will not reply to my many emails and refuses to take my phone calls.

From 2004-2010, we were awarded top ktm parts seller in the US. Something
happened with us and ktm USA from Oct 2010.

My question to you, do thing we should remove our bible verse? Should we
"air" our unfair treatment on the internet of how KTM USA treats there
dealers?

Let me know who you are and if you think we should remove our bible verse.

We love the ktm product but don't understand why KTMUSA has such hatred
towards us.

LOL....it was 'we're moving warehouse's currently' when I had my problems with them.

Classic response though. I just hate it when I'm minding my own business and Satan just starts attacking...

Serves them right for buying software from a Christian company! lol

My story...

I have been ordering my KTM things through ktmcyclehutt for a few years now, but many times I have had problems with them too... I tried to order gloves from them last year and had to change my choice THREE times because the previous ones were out of stock but no one seemed to have any idea until I tried to order them. After 2 months I received a pair of gloves finally. Now a month ago I ordered some farkles for my new Adv and when the package showed up, there was ONE OUT OF FIVE items in the box. The sheet of paper in there then told me that the remaining four parts were special ordered and it didn't say anything about when I should expect to get them or if I would at all. I then called them 2 weeks later after writing an unhappy email stating my issues and never got a reply, and the guy looked up my info and said that they were sent and I should see them in the next week, but they never sent me any other email that would give me a tracking number or ETA. After all of this happening to me more than once, I'm going to continue my business with KTMTWINS or go through my dealership instead.
I will gladly wait an extra week to get the parts that I order if it means having good customer service and tracking information that shows there is hope of getting the items someday...
There's my story, they lost a customer in MN.

Hmmm... sounds like I narrowly avoided being burned.... I ordered some parts from them while back and after waiting about a month, called and canceled my order. I did get my refund. I ordered the same parts from a different source and had them within a week.

That was a month of riding I could have been doing, but I did get my money back.

Any kind of cult advertising like this would stop me from ordering from them. And before anyone gets all bent about the "cult" comment, I think they are all cults. If you are in business, keep it to yourself, I don't care what you believe, but don't use it to try to sell me shit.
