Should be good all week all around the PNW. And as with most La Nina years it should start picking up huge snow totals later in the season.

I'm going up tomorrow since it looks to be a HUGE day (20" +) at Mt Hood, should be a good one no matter what, I just hope the winds aren't too crazy. If anyone else is going to Hood tomorrow, feel free to PM me if you want a ride, or want to meet up for a beer at lunch.

I have a G11 Canon in my pocket. Works well, pretty tough and not too big. Wish it had a multi-frame 'burst' function though. I only get one shot at a time.

Wish I could stop and join you at Meadows - on my way up to the Vancouver Motorcycle Show in Abbotsford, Canada. Oh, that's right near Mt. Baker - think I'll be takin' skis along?

I-5 on wednesday last week headed up to Vancouver Moto Show (bad place to work on your car):

Skied Mt. Baker on friday but it was mixed snow and rain at the bottom so no photos.

Did the show at Abbotsford and got to try out some product on new bikes.

Then hit Stevens Pass on the way home monday. It was excellent! Had never been there and for some reason thought it was a dumpy little place like Mt Hood Ski Bowl or Hoodoo but man was I wrong - this hill ROCKS!

My buddy Colin got some new Armada JJs

Ran into our friend Jason who used to work for us but wisely moved back home to Leavenworth to enjoy one of the best ski areas in the PMW!

I'll be back for sure.

Wachs,

Hey that's my home mountain!
Not too shabby, especially when you hit it on dump days! Good job.

I'm up there every Sunday, actually found a new stash last weekend...

Lucky you - Stevens is awesome on a day like that. 7th heaven, Rock Garden, Wild Katz trees? Mega!

Looks like you have been busy.

You're right about that - so we start the dance on the groomers!

Got up this morning - (sorry no photos - thought it might rain) but it didn't!

We had maybe 5" of classic Cascade custard all over the hill. Summit looked like they might open so we made 3 fun laps under the Sunrise chair. Boom! Summit opens, creamy custard was roosted, back to work
