Or were you just rubbing it in 'cus all we've had on Mt. Hood is wet, then crusty, nasty leftover snow?

Actually, yesterday (Friday), woulda been the day to go with about 6" of fresh, 25 degree cold snow on the hill.
Today looks like lots of heavy, wet, 33 degree snow in the morning, then lots of RAIN all night

The weather is what it is. Who knows if the 27th will be any better?
If'n it's shitty, I can always go to work.....
Or we can just sit in the Apple Van and drink all day

I will be in Sunriver through ... Tues, or so, of that week. So if I ski it will be at Mt B. And, not to sound like a snow snob even though I wholeheartedly art one, these days I make tentative plans to ski, with the act of shelling out $70 for a lift ticket dependent on conditions -- at least a moderate amount of fresh from the night/day before, and temps well below freezing. Yeah, I'm a snow snob.

That being said, I can be talked into a day of carving groomers with the less-fat skis ...

We bought XC skis last year and hit Pocket Creek and Teacup a number of times. It's been a nice (and fun) change of pace.

Nice you guys have a place in Rhody! I'm in Govy again this year at at the Trails Mix cabin.

This next weekend of the 18th is looking good and cold!

So I'm still taking care of the little lady, so I will not be taking this Monday off, but REALLY thinking of taking the 27th off. Anyone interested?

I also hope to be going up to Meadows this Saturday.

Ken, I'm planning on being up in Govy and boarding on the 27th. We will be in Govy the 23-27th.

I will also be heading up this Friday night and boarding Skibowl (Fusion Pass) this weekend. Should be cold and snowy and hopefully some powder for the weekend.
