They look great, and I have the same bike. I see you cut the "strom" part off the decal. I will be doing the same as soon as order up a set of these.

Tires??

Can anyone suggest what Dual Sport tires are best suited for the Wee's? I would be doing around 70% road 30% off road or maybe even 60/40 or 50/50 (I'd love to do as much off road as poss). I think the Mefo dual-sport, Super Explorer tires (Droooool) look damn sexy but don't appear to fit
Any worthy challengers???

Mike

The Shinko 705 Series Dual Sport Tires look good too.

http://www.dualsportplus.com/tires.html

The Continental TKC 80's look pretty hard core, i don't think i'd be getting into the dirt enough to warrant them.

Mmmmm choices!!
The more I read the more confused i get!!
Luckily I still have plenty of tread and therefore time to get it right!!

$4500.. Canadian... should i buy it?

Does $4500.00 CAN, for an 04 DL1000 with 32,000 kms, not miles sound like a good deal?
are there any major model year changes i should be aware of? in order to go for a different year?
the bike is bone stock. no farkles at all.... :(
i dont really care about ABS...
more worried about the whole low rpm torque issues.... power commander type issues...if you know what i mean....i think most guys here do...
and the issue about the rear wheel being mis-aligned with the front sprocket... creating an uneven wear in the chain, and who knows what else...if i remember correctly, it was after 05, when they fixed this.... ive read too many web-pages to remember everything.... but any advice is welcome...
basically i am looking for reasons NOT to buy it... i really want it...
