Sunday's ride to Morro Bay. The real fun was coming back home by way of Highways 58 and 33. ;-)

Gary gazing at Lake Cachuma while thinking: "This far, 50 miles, of a 350 mile ride and my ass already hurts?"

The Strom. We were stopped, again!, in Santa Maria to let Gary's, er, "cheeks", cool down. "Monkey Butt Powder" was in order!

Gary's ride. Not a Strom. Certainly not my Strom's seat, but a nice cruiser (V65 Magna) from back in the day, if a little rough around the edges. He's working on it. She ran great the entire ride.

The destination. A good friend and his wife run a little motel right across from the Morro Bay Rock. Funky little area, that's for sure. Some real interesting folks around there. I saw more than a few hand rolled "cigarettes", if you know what I mean. ;-)

The motel. When it's done it'll be a nice little place. The previous owners let it go to seed in a major way. Originally built back in the late 40's. They're about 80% done.

Oh well. Pretty boring I guess but I had fun. Especially coming home. The twisties were freaking grand. :-)

Very Cool,
Not exactly what I'd do but it looks good.
Was thinking a paint job like the rally bikes have would "tough 'n' up" the look of a Strom.

Your concept does that. But I'm not "that extroverted".

I finally get a pic of my Strom. We stopped at the Scenic Overlook at Rushford MN on our way to the Hiawatha Rally. Hubby's GSPD in the background.

Very cool. If I had seen the gray, well, silver, before I bought my blue Strom I might have changed my mind. That looks sharp.

So does the headress. ;-)
