Man I dont know. Lots of folks run the tri-sanctioned. Do we have to name them all? Do we get a prize for naming the most. How will we know who was closest?

Yes it was!

The best time to ride Mossy is right after a BIG rain and if the rain doesn't stop, you ride during the BIG rain!

The conditions on the second lapo were th best we've had in a long time!

Remember when we went to Maridian for my "Honor Weekend" when it poured all night, and we watched Time Rider (again -(Forrest Gump Voice!)) and rode in the rain.

Good memories and great to see all the single track guys again.

Maybe this thread can suppor the single track/riding area at the long time coming Whiting Field area. Its only been ten years in the making.

That was a fun trip for sure! You sure are a loved soul Vic!

There is a difference between riding in the rain here in the sand and Meridian mud...woo woo!!

I agree we should post here for help with the WFP

This is from Ben Womble who is running the Whiting thingy... It would be really great if we can support them. I plan on attending and then riding Sunday.

OHV Park Trail Design Meeting.
We will be surveying the property that has been purchased by the State for the new OHV Park just north of Whiting Field.
At this time there are no trails on the property, so there is very limited opportunity for riding Bikes or 4 wheelers. Only transportation from area A to area B.
I will not say bikes (&/or 4-wheelers) are not allowed but there will very limited riding allowed at this time.
Time & Location: We will meet on Red Bird Trail at 9:00 am Saturday.
How to get there: From Milton take HWY 87 north past the Whiting Field Entrance. Take Whiting Field Circle, a right turn off HWY 87 about 1 mile past the Whiting Field entrance road.
Follow Whiting Field Circle past the public entrance to the W.F. Golf Course. Red Bird Trail (red dirt road) will be the first maintained road on the left about 1 mile past the golf course.
We will meet on the right side of Red Bird about 1/4 mile in.
What to bring: Open mind and good trail design ideas.
