nope, it's prepped but gets painted along with the main tank and the tank isn't quite ready.

low fender and bracket painted and mounted. the little custom bracket works well and the fender is very solid.

added another coat of paint to the radiator guard and remounted that also.

this last batch of parts was sprayed with urethane, and that crap is not made for 50 degree weather. shoots like road tar at that temp.

You do awesome work! You must have a lot of patience. Seems like when I start something like this I get in a hurry and nothing ends up right. You should start a custom adventure bike shop!

oh yeah, that's what i need. i can barely get one bike out the door.

glad you enjoy these builds, stay tuned, i'm about to spray some red urethane road tar.

maybe i should video my spray painting antics, give everyone some comic relief.

you working on a NS trail guide? i didn't get the deal about NS not being fully included in a cross canada route.

I've started working on a NS trail guide, I have a lot of GPS tracks, but need to put them in some kind of useable data base. The Trans Canada Trail guys are from Ontario, they can't find Nova Scotia in their map of Canada, go figure. I'll be doing lots of trails this summer trying to map out routes through the woods.

Well, I got the road bike back from my mechanic friend today.

I'm happy. Nothing like a ton+ speed fix. Now just got to get my chores done and then get the suspenders on the F8.

Nope, like I said, people in Ontario can't find Nova Scotia on a map of Canada. Maybe someone from Virginia can point them in the right direction. I think the TCAT is a good idea, just the wrong crowd making it.
