Well 257bob, this IS adventure riders after all, and I don't know about rain soon but maybe a bit of the white stuff...

I just found this thread and though, technically not Piedmont, darn close - Hillsborough checking in. Most of my enjoyment riding is West of home - most of my daily commute riding is East. Hopefully I can meet some of you in 2011 either on rides or (heaven forbid) at the dealers.

congrats on the handguards. I'da never guessed you were gettin hand guards. nice on the gift certificate. It is some led 180 lumen light. brighter than my streamlight. Looks like the jan 1st ride may be ok. in the 50's and cloudy.
