Don't know if they are worth it but I do believe they are on sale right now about $200 under regular price. I was looking at them for my dyna last night.

How cool would it be to have the opportunity to buy a "68" with miles of chrome, a useful stance, and a kicker?

Cooler than cool, as long as the cog doesn't loose teeth right in the middle of the kick...

Great idea. Can that exhaust be replicated using modern Sportster mufflers?
Oh, yeah, and throw in a set of "Then Came Bronson" DVDs with purchase.

Speaking of "Then Came Bronson", where can I find it online? Youtube had some episodes, but now they're gone. It's not on Netflix. Anyone?

IIRC, the ironheads had 3/32" gear engagement on the kicker. Anything in that assembly gets worn, and you get the dreaded "Sportster Knee."

Yea.

What's up?

It's like the movie "Let It Be."

After seeing the '72 in person with the big flake red paint I have to say I think it looks fantastic, I wouldn't mind having one to tear around on.

Heated AND cushioned grips?

I can't seem to find grips that are both heated and well-cushioned/ergonomic, does anyone have anything like this? Me carpal tunnel be acting up again and I like toasty fingers.
