Thumb Accessories?

Hi, I am new to the concept of dual sport riding and was wondering what good accessories such as radiator guards would be good for my '99 Tiger. Ill be posting my pics as soon as I get some more free time!

Doesn't really matter, as long as it ends up looking something like this:

Yeah true, those TCKs were past their used-by-date when we took that ride. However they saved my ass, because between Condo and Tullamore we hit greasy mud. JT and Scotty struggled on their Anakee tyres, while I just rode on through...

Oil and radiator guards are always a good idea, might just save a lot of heartache.

I think heated grips are a must.

For luggage, I have the factory panniers, a givi topbox (who doesn't, I mean really???), and a bagster tank cover and bag.

I used to have engine guards, but I removed them. I thought they were just too ugly to tolerate.

There is a lot of chat about after market screens. I don't bother, just use the standard issue and use earplugs for trips more than an hour long...

For the older Tigers, I recommend a lighting upgrade. The lights on your model as just too dim.

From there, you could do another 100 modifications I suppose... but I leave it there, just ride it into the ground and get something new in 100,000kms

how about some barguards that fit?

I just got some bar guards, but I can't seem to make em fit! Are there special guards I can get that will fit a stock tiger handlebar? I guess these bars aren't stock they are like charheads style handlebar. Oh well, I guess I can do a little bending if there are no options
