Got the volt meter at an auto parts store. Got the idea from a guy over at Tiger Tripple.com. There's a spare hot wire up in there that you can use to run an aux power outlet.

Howdy from south Georgia. Great forum and a lot of beautiful photos. Been riding a little over 40 years, 99% of that street riding. A few shots of my 2007 Tiger below.

My weekend on a Roadie SE has pretty much ruined me for any other bike for awhile now...

While not nearly as offroad capable as my Girlie was, I have to tell you guys that the 1050 Tiger might be the most under-rated modern day motorcycle there is (next to the Versys). This this just begs to be ridden hard, all day long. Flawless EFI, better suspension than I am used to from the Brits, good ergos, and the ABS is very nice. The PERFECT touring machine. That 2 tone matte paint scheme is incredibly good, if not a little fragile-looking. And oh yeah, this one had a full Arrow exhaust with a carbon fiber tip... man oh man...

I'm not sure what all the complaining about the windscreen is for. This one had a stock screen and I wear an Airoh dual sport helmet. No issues for me. And we rode 2-up a few times as well... no buffeting which was TERRIBLE with my wife on the back of my 2002.

Quite honestly all I can say I did not like were the bags. They are too high, I found myself kicking them on dismount a lot. Also don't like that you need a key to open them. We got POURED on all weekend and they remained dry though, which is more than I can say for my Girlie's stock bags. They leaked so bad I replaced them with Pelicans.

I am seriously jealous of every 1050 Tiger pic I see now...

I'd like a guage that tucks in there that shows the signal strength of free wi-fi networks...would really help my Tag game out.
