Okay, I think I posted in the wrong thread, oops, I posted same report over in 955 opinions, sorry to avid Tiger riders.

I went for a ride with some more off road worthy beasts and had a blast. I had fresh Pilot Road 3 tires which handled the gravel and hard pack with okay performance. I would not want to do this all the time, but for a day ride it worked out okay.
On the road, these tires inspire pure confidence.
Tigers are incredible machines, no matter what the year!

I brought mine home last week. Wow what a bike, put 120 miles on it Monday before the weather turned bad, it is all I had hoped for in my new bike.

The Make ist Tuareg from Hein Gericke in Germany. But they are very old. Sometime you get one on ebay.
