Help!! Zumo 550 Map update problems

I just paid the $49 to download the latest N America 2013 map update.
Of course it said I didn't have enough memory on the unit, so I choose to download it to my laptop, saved on my desktop. I thought that it would then be transferred to an empty SD card for use in the Zumo.

Then it turns out the folder saved to my desktop is 2.3 GB...and my cards are 2GB (Also, I thought the Zumo500 had a 2GB limit to it's SD card use)

So what in the Hell do I do now? The card won't hold the file.

And even if it did...does that then mean no more MP3 files on the card anymore because my maps are now on my card?

In the past my maps were on the Zumo's internal memory.

Anyone know what in the fuck I am doing wrong?

This might help:

Scroll down to multiple mapsets.

Get a bigger SD card for the Zumo, I use 4 and 8 GB cards all the time.
Normal is just a setting on the dryer.

I run three mapsets on my Zumo 550. NA City Nav on my SD card plus 1,000 MP3s. I have a portion of California 24K Topo Garmin and Arizona freebie 24K Topo on the unit.
