Needs more checkerboard, and a couple of giant "CAFE" logos.

I love the wording...
"CUSTOM ALUMINUM CHAIN GUARD" Then "ETC ETC ETC...TOO MUCH TO LIST...THE LIST GOES ON AND ON" So wait, you listed a "custom chain guard" and then decided that there were LESS significant things on the "list"? Please. ![]() *** I'm not knocking the bike; to each his own. I AM knocking the typical "used car/bike salesman" schtick.

Kind of a cool bike in it's own way. The seller needs to tone back the fonts and colors...wow.

I think the world can be divided into two types of people: those who put stickers on cars/motorcycles and those who don't.
For the life of me I can't imagine putting stickers on my bike. Probably learned that from my dad. He always made removal of the dealership sticker a condition of the purchase (that was back when people replaced cars every two years and dealers put stickers advertising their business on perfectly good new cars).

Some stickers are OK in my book. Those that define personality are fine. Not the ones that advertise. I never get the people who put the brand stickers on either. You pay them damn good money for their merchandise, then give them free advertising. WTF is wrong with that picture. I once had a TT sticker right on my R1100gs, I posted pictures of it all over ADV rider, then it hit me after watching Long way Round and those fools get all kinds of free crap. Why am I giving these places advertising? Yup, unless a company pays me, or gives me something, I don't promote them. This photo made front page of BMWMOA....not a dime or or free part came to me from TT. Posted as an example. |
