I've never come across this myself...but it sure doesn't surprise me. Of course, it's typical of cable companies to talk out the side of their mouths. How many times have they said they are merely content carriers and so are not responsible for what someone downloads.....until it's in their best interest to take a keen interest in what someone is downloading....wankers.

I am going to pick up the Roku for my boat now that HBOgo is included. Hopefully they keep adding more and more channels.

They're oversubscribing their networks just like the cellular companies. They're so over-saturated that they have no choice but to cap users or else everyone suffers.

I bought a Roku tonight. I was thrilled to see all the channel choices...now that we've looked through many of them I'm not as thrilled. I guess worst case...I can drop the $60/yr Xbox Like subscription that allowed me to use Netflix on the Xbox and just use the Roku. Time will tell.
