What glue do you use to repair rips? I have an old dry bag setting around I was going to cut up and fix mine with.

You can also go to a rafting equipment store and buy a two part glue .

Eric, I really have to second, third, and fourth the suggestion of making the inserts a lighter color. I used to have yellow Ortliebs and when I went to the black Expeditions, I realized my folly, especially trying to get stuff out to set up camp at dusk or in the dark (which happens all too often).
