Is this the feedback others have ?
Its all speculation at this point. BMW has not announced anything to dealers yet.

I'm thinking a February lunch just like the F30 last year.

We're about six weeks out from Intermot at this point. I guess that we'll find something out on or around 3rd October regarding release dates and what the final model is like.

I suspect that there will be minimal leaks before then.

I was at my dealer last Friday picking up my s1000 and talked with my sales guy and he said that exact same thing (1250gs water cooled and adventure still air/oil for now)

Obviously doesn't confirm or deny anything but unless you are in Detroit as well I'd say that deserves consideration as a possibility.

The regular 12GS has ceased production now, with only the GSA being able to be ordered. Looks like the new WC 1250 is on its way very soon.

My dealer stated to me last Friday that his initial '13 model GS Adventures are on there way and there is no major changes.

Is he blowing smoke or on target?

Couldn't that just mean that production for this year's model has stopped?

He's spot on, because they will be identical to this years model, apart from some colour changes. The watercooled GSA wont arrive until 2014.

Nope, the 1200GS has ceased production, being replaced by the 1250/1300 or whatever they decide to call it.

My dealer says they have allotted builds for the GS in September as 13 models. No mention of water cooling. Who knows. :
