So all and all BMW sales are rather poor in the USA. A country with 280 million people buys less bmw's than one with 60 million people. I usually prefer the relative sales numbers.

Typically here in the US, the new bikes will be released to the dealers at the same time as the dealer showing of the new bike. In this case, the dealer show is the one in Merakesh, around the end of March.

Again, in the US, a deposit on a new vehicle is strictly a function of the dealer and nothing else. It is an aide so that the dealer can determine who is a Bullshitter and who is serious.

Suspension is 2 cm higher than a regular GS. And I got a GS on order with low seat and low suspension (and no, I can't put my feet flat on the ground). 1m67 isn't that good for a biker.
