Question 2013 R1200GS price

I've been reading this forum for a while. I test rode the 2013 R1200GS. I loved it, and I am planning on buying it. The best OTD price I got is 19k which includes tax, tag, dealer fee, etc. It has the touring package and active package. Is that a good price? Has anyone done better than that? Is it worth the wait for the led headlight? I'm a first time BMW motorcycle buyer. I am coming from a Honda VTX. Is it worth it to buy a 3rd party warranty? The warranty is not included in the price. The warranty is $1100 extra for four years. I'm hearing mixed things about the 3rd party warranty. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have to drive 2 hours to get that price. Thanks.

If I were in your shoes I'd wait. The LED headlight is really bright outstanding at night and very noticeable in the day. It also really takes the bike to another level in terms of appearance imo.

My '12 GSA has Torx bolts....no lug nuts. This change must have happened a while ago...maybe when the swingarm design changed?

They have been Torx since the 2004 R1200.

Looks like the final drive has a vent in this view.

The biggest draw back is that there is no JVB maintenance video yet, so I'm gonna wait a while...
