Question for owners of the L/C. How effective is the screen and it's adjustment mechanism?

One World One GS, is finished.
All videos seem to be available in BMW Motorrad youtube channel.
I actually prefered Eric's uploads but he seems to have stopped after a point.

Possibly they will release some more videos with all the trips together and some "making of". There is an unused tab in One World micro-site.

Ending was rather emotional. Makes sense. Good marketing BMW.

CalSci windscreen vs. stock

I'm 6'4" w/34" inseam and have the stock seat on high. For me the screen throws off a lot of noise even though the airflow is fairly smooth. I just installed an x-tall Calsci screen (one of the first I believe) last night. Report to follow.

5'7" here with a low seat and it works perfect for me. Silent and free of turbulence. I always leave it in the high position.

Good suggestion, but I think I'll wait a bit, when I can walk in and buy a premium package of some sort without all this back order silliness. The demo I road was the basic with cruise control (saweet!) being about the only extra at a sticker price of around $16K.... I am a patient person - but very interested in the Aline white.

BTW - Does anyone happen to know how tall 'kindofblue' is?

It works well but if your over 6' like me you will need a bigger screen like I am looking for as I still get some helmet buffeting.

There's a sound clip for the standard exhaust, and the Akro on there.

2014 R1200GS Adventure Watercooled

I know it's probarbly a bit early but I just can't contain myself anymore, has anyone heard anything about the Watercooled Adventure yet or have any idea what it might look like. I'm really keen to see it. Went to the R1200gs launch this past weekend here in south africa and I have to say I was blown away.
