optimist

Yes, I am -regarding just how much rain I can handle.....and I haven't seen that much of the other side of Mt. Hood. Still got space for me?

Of course I assume we will have dry weather while we're out!
Don't wanna jinx it.

I will not be able to go on the ride.. I will be returning from Enterprize on Saturday. Magoolin would not have been able to go even if I could go. She has not been able to ride since the middle of August. I was really bummed when I found out I could not make it. It is a great offer and will be a great time I am sure.

Thanks for posting the great pictures. Good weather, camping, and riding make a great vacation. Compliments to the ladies who did so much work for your group.

ALL who are reading this are welcome, n00bs and/or ADV old farts
Forecasts are for pessimists;
We do only have room for the REAL ADVers, new or old, who are willing to ride/party/ride/party/ride, .....................
.....................rain or shine

We have a shower and/or hot tub for ALL to warm up with after, IF the rain comes.
The campfire will be under a dozen 100+ year old firs, where it stays dry all the time anyway.
If it rains in Portland in October, we get MIST, at worst.

Sorry to hear that, Scout !!
Keep in mind, if the situation comes back, you and Magoolin are welcome, anytime,
late, or no notice required; we just wanna have you, if you can make it. Just show up....

YOU !! YOU!! ........
YOU rode with me this February on a ride from Government Camp to Central Oregon, through Antelope, Shaniko, Fossil, Mitchell and Prineville.
On a 30-40 degree day, even. And rode home in the frozen darkness of the Hood.

You ain't foolin' nobody with that "Semi-Adventurer" crap. Yer a full-on ADVer.
One for us n00bs to look up to.

.......................Besides, the old Motorhome is even under cover, so you wouldn't even have to hear rainDROPS........While yer bike dries out in my garage.
Did I mention the HEATER?.......

So maybe I am in.
If nothing else I can help with the cooking just as long as that one guy keeps his knife out of me this time...

At every Gathering, there's always "that one guy"

I don't know I heard you have a barcardi problem. Hiding it in your helmet.

All that means is that I'm not very smart.

Not guilty... I take my helmet time seriously...

I blame it on my fear of Tetanus shots
