John - Here is the chain guide on a stock swingarm. The shape of the stock arm is different than mine so the guide doesnt conform - but could be modified to fit your shape. Also, same problem as on mine - needs more material around the round pivot area of the arm.

I'll post more when I get the extra part for the pivot.

Also, the material is nylon. Supposed to wear better than delrin, but I dont like the white color. Next ones may be a different material in black.

John! I love that you don't ever seem to do anything half-way. It's a great project, and i can't wait to see the end result, brother!

It does sound very cool. I can see it now, We're on a ride in the deep woods taking a break. No highway or road in ear shot. Then in the distance "It kinda sounds like a Harley" and you pull up. Get ready to start talking about your bike.
You and your bike will be liked by all ride groups, Harley guys, bullet bike riders, the off road group for sure............they'll all be asking about your build any time you pull up.

I was gonna say flea bay, but the ones for sale right now have crack heads for owners.

Post an ad in the flea market and see if you can get one that way. I figure it's worth about $30 to your door.

That's what. Thought, the things aren't worth the 90$ they want for them on eBay. I was thinking 30ish myself
