Yeah he is in Canada, and there is definitely a strong Scottish heritage there. My wife is from Nova Scotia and even their province has an official tartan.

These look awesome for my uses. I'm bike only and end up carrying a variety of items on my bike. The kayak sold me.

If I remember correctly, I saw it was around $250 or so.
