Listen y'all, the freakin Flea Market is crazy; the prices for bikes are all over the board. I am not interested in posting up ads for each one of these pieces of equipment and having to deal with selling just to get beat up on the price. I am already talking with a dealer about taking all this crap and I have already been given a price for the Tiger; it's about what I expected. I am going to be making a decision soon, like maybe today, about all of it, so, my point is that I am ready to make deals; good deals on this stuff:

I am not going to bother changing the listed price, but know that I am serious about making way off the price listed deals. Patience is not one of my virtues.

I'd love to make a deal on the klr but unless you are giving it away that ant happening. and you are right. That's why I haven't put my Jeep up on the FM yet. I don't want to deal with people haggling me. i know it's worth what I want for it and me and my dad agreed we will not take less.

good luck with the sales.

I've never really had trouble with the guys on this board. Unlike a lot of car boards.

OK, can you just drop off the boat at Pelehatchie Bay and take the accessories and trailer home with ya? I got your dollar.

Sorry, it's a package deal... Or you could just sign the title to that cleaner Tiger over to me and I'll give you the title to the boat....

Nope... I think the Tiger will be in the garage for a while. At least until it gets really dirty again.

left and right Vario bags for '05+ 1200GS

Left has a few dings in the aluminum cover, a couple of scuffs, and the top front mounting tab has been cracked and repaired and is stronger than stock, and looks cool.

(Aluminum plate bent and shaped to fit, bolted into place, and epoxied as well, with aluminum backing plate on the inside)

Right bag (as memory serves) should be in nearly mint condition.

The Vario function works perfectly on both. I'll include the mounting hardware... (worth about $100 used)

These bags sell as a set, in good condition, w/o mounting hardware for $600. I'll sell them WITH the hardware for $575

(for those of you bad at math, thats $300 for the good bacg, $100 for the hardware, and $175 for the dinged, but completely functional bag.)

EDIT: I will remove the lock cylinders before selling them (easiest if the key is used to remove them) so that you can re-key (30sec each) and reinstall them w/o any problems. I just had to remove and reinstall the cylinders on my used GSA bags w/o a key and it was a PITA... I will save you the trouble!!!!!

Pics of the repair work: (I later added 6 countersunk flush bolts into this that attached to a matching metal piece on the inside)

FYI: I dropped the bike in Arizona this spring on the left case, with the repairs made to it... The repairs and the bag held strong. The rear mounting tab on the bike itself broke off.

This screw goes into a milled piece of delrin that fills up the internal hollow space in the mount and is epoxied in place, then sandwiched between the metal inside and out.

on the bike - looks right at home - i should have made the same piece for the other side. I think all vario bags should have this modification to make them stronger.
