Elk City ID to Darby MT or thereabouts - got .gpx?

Would anyone happen to have a track from the Darby area to Elk City? I can see numerous possibilities and would imagine I could have a great time just wandering around exploring them all - except my range is about 350 miles with my spare gas tank, and my time possibly a little limited.

Anyways, if anyone is familiar with the routes through that area and has a .gpx (or whatever) file they could share their local corporate knowledge with, I would appreciate it. Been up in the Whitefish area for a few years now, just never got down that way yet.

I have been known to interrupt a perfectly good dual sport ride to dig my waders and flyrod out of my Giant Loop, if that is any help.

That's Magruder Corridor, I've only been from Darby as far as Burnt Knob Lookout at westfest last year. I didn't ride all of Lolo Motorway either.

Okayyy... so it's got a name at least... I assume it is a no-brainer to consider that the Magruder Corridor is considered the most scenic of the routes between the two? Just messing around, it looks like if my bike had the legs, you could camp somewhere in the middle for a week and just explore in every direction.

They all work for me. Magruder is between two wilderness areas.

The web links work fine. It's the included links to download the .gpx files contained in those posts which are broken - neat little red "x" through the icon. And if you try to download them anyways, all you end up downloading is the icon. Same-same whether you open the web links in Firefox or Exploder.

I can go see if some more recent postings with .gpx files look the same, I suppose, but I've never had a problem downloading .gpx files before.

But right now I better go shovel out my truck and go to work.
