Just askin...

One doesn't require a FLAGPOLE to elevate an outfit above the ground. Just ride over a crest at sufficient speed . . . . that should do it.

Nope, no flags for me but I DO have a removable hammock pole on my Roosian Iron sled......this is an old pic and a previous incarnation of my rig-amaroo and if you can see it in the background clutter, I have a heavy walled piece of AL pipe with a ringbolt through it that i carry on the hack frame, fore and aft, and mount into the brackets on the inboard side of the hack if I need a hammock post. It makes many more situations with just one post way more hammock friendly. I am never far from my Hennessey hammock...

Here is one of the brackets.....Not really that good a photo but you can get the idea..they are made of some pipe brackets or something that were laying around the shop.

I loved the reactions of the guys who came across me kicking back in my hammock between two Humvees in OIF!

Hi lemieuxmc..... or is calling you Sarge better?

Did you have a Hennessey over there or another brand? I'll bet it was a head turner and caused a bit of envy....
