I just tried to route through a section in Wyoming using BigDogs tracks. It's doable but very slow going. Lots of toggling between screens, which cuts the routing tool every time. It would take several hours of work to do it and you need to be handy with the edit tools at that. Not as easy as loading countdown's edited tracks. His are fitted to simply plug and play on a 60 series. I must say my 60 series is not nearly as easy to use as a traditional gps. It'll take me all summer practicing to figure the thing out. Very fiddly. Good luck.

We are in the preparing to ride the New Mexico / Colorado part of the Continental Divide. We downloaded BigDog's track on to my brother's Mac and are using Garmin's Basecamp for the Mac. Basecamp is doing rather well and we will upload the tracks to my bro's 60CSx and my eTrex. These gps units allow for 20 tracks with 500 points per track. No routing will be used. So far, so good!
