So, after a long wait, I've finally got around to finishing the iPhone app for BestBikingRoads.com. Here's the official blurb about it:

I've had a few questions about the 'nearby routes' feature.

Just to clarify, the 'Location Services' on your device must be switched on for this to work, if you're not sure what that is, this is how you check:

iPhone -> Settings -> General -> Location Services -> ON

Start BBR App, allow location services.

Also I've fixed the d/l of waypoints on the main site as of yesterday (another midnight fix [IMG]images/smilies/smile.gif[/IMG])

Version 1.1 now out. With iPod touch improvements and a couple of bug fixes

Please note for iPhone 4 users, there is currently a problem with the routes 'near me' feature for this version of the iPhone. An update is just being submitted to apple with a fix for this and a couple of other little fixes.

Is the App compatible with Ipad..???

Yes, it works on iPad. Depending on which iPad you have, you may find location based services work or do not.
