I just received a sheepskin from alaska leather last week. It certainly helps but I have a VERY boney butt and a hard GS seat. Looking for other ideas. Thinking about a gel bad in conjuntion with the sheepskin. Any ideas?
Thanks |

Holy cow, er, sheep!!!
I ordered a pad for my GSA (Sargent seat - there should be a club) on Saturday and it arrived today! I paid for hurry-up-speed shipping, but still... ![]() Looks great! Now I'm gonna get my butt away from the computer and onto my new pad! Thanks, Barb!!! Dave |

Rally special versus deluxe - I haven't read the whole thread, so I am sorry if this is a repeat, but can you tell me more about the difference between the two in actual use? I read the FAQ on your webpage - is this more about visual, or will my butt know the difference? Has anyone ever complained about Rally Specials being "lumpy" due to the varied density or seams? I don't care about the looks, and I am not a princess, but I want to get one of these for the comfort, and if the RS isn't as comfy as the Deluxe, well, I guess I can cough up the extra coin.....

i just spent 29 days and 9100 miles on tour on my 03 F650GS with stock seat and had no problems. I won't leave home without the butt pad.

There have been days when I would have paid E44 just to have a butt pad for an hour. Worth it at twice the price!

BARB,
I have a KTM 990S with the gel seat and I truly hate it, I can not ride more than 100 miles on that seat. Which buttpad would be ideal for my 990? |
