Headlight Guard
It took me about 2 weeks to decide how I wanted to make a guard, I changed my mind several times before I came up with this simple Plan.

Headlight Guard
I have decided on a simple but solid mounting that will be clean and look good, to allow removing the guard to clean the light in seconds, and it wont be these bungees.

Got to be able to save the hand on long trips, and this will do the job.

VXA Lights
The bulbs were all working, but have no idea how old they are, the spark plugs looked alright, put in all new bulbs and plugs and I think it's reasonable to beleave they will make it to Prudhoe Bay and back.

Got the light guard mounted so that it only takes seconds to remove to clean the light.

A nut is mounted inside so that all I have to do is remove the two bolt which I remove from a old lawnmower some time back, knowing that I would use them someday.

VXA Rear Foot Pegs
We all know that we need other places to put out feet on long trips, so I got another pair of dirt bike pegs for another foot location, fits me fine.

VXA Rear Foot Pegs
I made them spring loaded so they stay folded in, put my feet back on them and they fold right out.

VXA Rear Foot Pegs
The soles of my shoes hang on them without falling off, so I don't have to use any effort to keep my feet on them.
