I'd like to look at the pictures
I go to Wichita about once a year to see my mother-in-law(then I could play) A photo tag would give me good ideas for places to ride to when I'm there. Last thanksgiving when I was there I got to ride with Ace Thumper Pilot and his friends from FSSNOC. We rode dirt/sand roads to Zenda. They are out of Hutchison? Would you do a city only tag or bring it to the corn fields too? Have fun with it.

It looks like this idea is a loser.
Maybe there will be interest in the future.

You might ask Backroads Touring KS Group. http://www.backroadstouring.org/kansas/index2.htm Most of the members are in the Wichita area.

Hell yes
Let's fire up a Wichita area photo tag. The KC one rarely gets near here and I have participated a few times when it was semi-close and I knew where it was, I may have missed some that were close by not recognizing them.
I'm in for a Wichita area photo tag.

New Tag
so i guess somebody just needs to start this so here goes. its not very far.
i assume we will follow the same rules as the KC group: bike or portion of the bike must be in the picture: once you find a tagged location you must identify it by city/town or general area and perhaps give some tidbit of info that you may know about it: once you do find a tag then you must post a tag of your own ASAP: no new tags can be posted until the previous tag has been found. here's my tag:

Caboose - I will post a new one soon
![]() This fine caboose was in found in Udall Kansas. The town is quite tiny and this was easy to find in a short ride through town. AngusMcDung screwed with this post 10-20-2012 at 07:02 PM Reason: to improve it |
