Those beasts rock. If they build a K1600R version of that with the new I-6, I'm buying a new bike.

I'm on my 2nd ZRX now!

it doesn't allow for a centerstand.

Actually... There was a guy on the ZRX board that made them. He prototyped them and sold a few. Unfortunately he then sold & took payment for a whole bunch more, then dropped off the grid. Every once in a while someone pops in and says they are going to make one, but I think the whole concept is jinxed now. There's your useless standard bike trivia for the day!

The Gold Standard is back.

Want. Epic want.

But, reading reviews on it, I'm hearing that riders over 6' tall or with more than 30-32" of inseam will not be happy on long trips on this bike. Any tall 6'3" folks here with 34" inseams capable of commenting on this particular bike's comfort for the long-legged?

Thinking of getting rid of my Honda Shadow and moving from it's 750cc and 50-ish ponies to this thing.

90% all motorcycles in North America except for classic v twin cruisers and classic standards ALL share most of the ugly styling characteristics this abomination has. I don't care if they are so-called nakeds, sport-tourers, adventure bikes, sports bikes, touring bikes, street bikes, street fighters or mis-identified "standards" THEY ALL SHARE THE SAME "LOOK", to wit:
1. an akward silly looking skyward pointing rear cowl/fender.
2. 17 inch or smaller wheels.
3. a liquid cooled engine that looks like a motor out of a hotel washing machine.
4. a million lines that are all sharp edged creases that shoot off every which way showing no harmony whatsoever.
5. 3 feet clearance between back fender and rear wheel.
6. usually has extremely garish paint job.
7. angry wasp aesthetic.
8. seats that look like the ones on modern 80cc dirt bikes.
9. plastic panels everywhere.
10. a great big honking car radiator hanging off the front.
UGH!!!
I'm months late to this thread, but this made me smile. What makes things funny is they have a lot of truth to them. This post was good stuff!
