A totally new design concept
Simplyred,
Two sore butts, 8 more days and 4500 more miles to go, (in 100+ degree weather) is the mother of invention...especially when one of the butts belongs to my wife. In 2007 my wife and I took a 5500 mile motorcycle ride. We used one of the "other" well known gel pads but it did not do the job. Our butts hurt really bad. There had to be something better. It literally took months for feeling to become "normal". The idea for what was to become the Ride Easy motorcycle seat gel pad began on that trip. Most of this trip is recorded at www.MotorcycleRidingBlog.com. For the record, except for constant pain, the trip was a blast. We set out to design a different gel pad, not another copycat. The old saying, "If you do what you always done, you get what you always got" applies here. We did not want what was "always got" so we headed the design in a new and different direction. We worked on it for 2 1/2 years and after 15000 seat miles of testing we opened www.Ride-Easy.com in May of 2010. Customers are buying and the response has been very good. The composition of the gel, the design of the molded gel, and the other pad materials are all focused on the demands of motorcycle riding only.....nothing else. I invite you to go to the www.Ride-Easy.com site to see the complete information on the Ride Easy gel pad. I also invite you to try one for yourself and feel the difference. We offer a 30 day money back trial period. This is the details of the 30 day trial. Ride Easy is manufactured in the USA. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or next business day. Forum members get a 10% discount. At checkout enter promotion code " Adventure Rider" and the discount will be applied. Thanks for your question. Let me know if you have others. GTHENRY thanks for the reply to my question! I WILL visit your site and have a look there. I understand that you can not reveal your manufacturers secrets related to design and product ingredients here, but there might be something more to tell about what separates your motorcycle gel pad exactly from (by example) a horseback gel pad that has been on the market for ages already.
I am just plain interested in this, because I own several horse gel pads and have used them with great success for ages (with horses that is) and now am thinking about ordering one for my motorcycle as well. Thank you for answering. Visited your site, enough info there, thanks for pointing that out! |
