SC DOR is giving us all a year of free ProtectMyID service, through Experian. Follow the link and use the code here "SCDOR123"

Story and Link on WYFF

Don't be scared to enter your info, as long as you're on a secure connection. Experian is one of the three credit reporting agencies and already has your info, you're just verifying that you are who you say your are. You can even set up text alerts when something pops up that would affect your credit history.

I think that I'm going to skip this week and bribe the ghosts and goblins with cheap candy.

See you in a couple of weeks,
Chris

Really! 3.8 million valid social security numbers. That's the makings of a criminal dynasty. They can sell off chunks of numbers every few years for some serious cash.

I don't have children, so I don't know. But do you have to put your children's SSN on your tax returns when you claim them?

Yikes!

I had a cop show up at my door.

And Spiderman. And a princess. And a couple of fairies. And a cowboy or three. And a bunch of other little characters.

How was the food?

Chris

You did better than me. I was expecting a biker gang but they must have gotten lost. it's OK though, I bought dinner for everybody that showed up and we had a great time.
