The bridge crosses the creek on the western states trail.
This portion of the trail is open to bikes along with hikers, horses and mountain bikes.
They run a endurance foot race on the trail once a year.
Winners run the 100 mile route in 23 hours. Losers take two days.
In many locations a false move would land you off the edge quite far.
