Mark , was screwing around looking for a new job for you and thought this was right up your alley . http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/tfr/4315511621.html Saw several jobs along those lines . No real travel but after traveling around the globe thought it might be interesting . Also saw several video production managers jobs . Does your brain hurt from thinking of the next move yet ? Good luck , hope things are going well .

Border vs Boarder

The line one crosses when entering a new country or state is the border.

The person who skates, surfs, snowboards or for whom you provide room and board is a boarder.

I guess someone who tried to get on your bike without your permission would be a boarder as well.

Mark is a highly talented and creative person who has shot some good video and photos but a video production manager is a highly specific and much sought after job with very specific requirements. I have little doubt that he could do it but the learning curve might be more like a learning cliff.

Just found

Hi Radioman and all.

After having been off the bike for a couple of years due to a bad back, and as a result staying away from everything related as it made the pain worse, I just found your RR and am only half way done, page 260. LOL

I must say I am very impressed, not only with the ride, but with you and your ability to "Just Do It!"

Having in the last 18 months, supported my wife as she dealt with her mothers alzheimer's disease and subsequent passing, I can only imagine the trials and pain you went through.

Keep the shinny side up and keep light blazing for others to follow.

Lou

Thanks for being apart of it!!

What fresh new hell is this? Bloody bullshit!! You were in my village and was suppose to stay with us!

Someday you have to come back so we can take you into our back yard for some riding.

Thanks! Part of the reason I came back mid winter was so that I would have enough Money to transition into my new chapter. Not having looked for a job in over 20 years...... It is a real big task ahead, especially since I will be looking to go in a new direction from my 23 years in the Electronic Prepress/Printing/Packaging as a Successful Sales and technical representative. I have skills, will work hard and and add to whatever business that I join. The real luxury is that I still have the money to have the time to explore the options and network for "just the right" situation. will update as i figure it out!

Yikes. I only knew that I was in your village after I had left and rode north. With Jorg's Swollen eyes and then my blown rear shock, I missed riding up Sani pass So hopefully one day i will be back, and Look forward to connecting with you!!

Have enjoyed your RR along with the famous Metal Jockey.

This will be true of whatever I will be doing next. Steep learning curves ahead, but I am a quick learner and somehow this will work out. At this stage in life, I really am looking for something that I will love doing. I was fortunate in my past chapters to have just that, and they paid me well for doing a good job

One more presentation for tomorrow night at Mr Ed's Moto in Albany Oregon. It's sold out, and I look forward to sharing a few of my experiences!

Not sure what will be next on the speaking side of things as I would need to be able to get paid to do presentations in order for me to be able to do them. Somehow I will need to pay all my bills. Have had a great deal of encouragement, and those that came to her about this journey seem like they enjoyed the time!

Carry on for now. Will check back in a few weeks as I carry on with settling back into my house (lots of yard work and things to do around my house..... Never ending! fortunately I am very handy in this area.).

Also exploring a few other things ...... But will see how they turn out before sharing them

Sun is coming out.... Time to go for an afternoon ride!

Excellent talk at Mr Ed's. I really enjoyed it. Maybe now I'll make time to read this thread past Panama.
