I put the 16 tooth counter shaft sprocket and a 42 tooth rear sprocket. The low end feels about like my 16 front with stock 43 rear sprocket. He really likes it. Of course it doesnt handle dirt and off road very well. He also has a 14 tooth and the EM counter shaft nut for quick and easy sprocket changes but i dont think he uses it all that often.

This is pretty close to the legendary "free beer mañana" for anyone who will be in the RGV on Thursday and who wants to drop by. We can discuss advertising with a little motorcycling thrown in. Or something like that.

Time? I might show if I can get away from the office just to catch up with you; you keep missing the gatherings at casa WB. I assume there will be a smattering of real estate babes, correct?

p815's KLR for bike of the month...
I just noticed that pilot815's KLR is up for Bike Of The Month honors on rgvcycles.com. I already did my duty as a fellow KLR owner and voted for his bike. I think if all the KLR owners on this forum would vote for his bike he would win easily. He's up against some nice sport bikes. I don't think a KLR has ever won a BOTM contest.

You know that you are too much of a regular to a sleepy little Mexican tourist town when the transitos (transit cops) set up a road block but when they see you they smile and wave you around ...
