Sweet. How many kms you rack up so far?

You ever experience the stepper motor issue?

Thx

How you like those tires on the road?? I absolutely love the look of them but heard they whistle above 70... have you experienced this? How do the handle in the rain?

Tck are fine on road, but blocks are too close together to provide good grip on loose gravel/grit /sand.

Almost to 10k miles and let the ol' British girl take her first dirt nap in a recently graded switchback in the Ozarks this weekend. Not a scratch on her as slowly as I set her down. Video to come when I find time to edit and upload..

Wow, consider yourself lucky... I lost track of how many times mine fell over once I hit double digits during the DS ride of the Berkshire Triple yesterday!

One got me pretty good:

Would never recommend a Triumph to anyone with such a Horrible
performance record !

Oh Yea, I LOVE MY TIGER XC !!!!!!!
Yea, those winkers break right off if you fall on them enough times The new ones are much more flexible. You can fold them right up and down without breaking.

I reached my quota yesterday.

And, you might want to move them out of the way to avoid future damage. I moved mine up next to the headlamps.

I had a 2001 F650GS as my first bike back in 2004. I rode that bike to Boston and back from CA, to Baja, through the Rubicon trail, did single track in Tahoe and Nevada, through Eastern Canada, over Moab slick rock and nastiness…

I put 27000 miles on her my first year. Only issue was breaking a clutch cable 100 yards from my house. I called her my GTO bike. Gas, Tires, and Oil.

I am not a fan of their new bikes, but would consider building up a G450X like Walter Colebach's.

I think the more tech they put in these bikes, the less "dirt worthy" they become. It's usually the tech that breaks out on the trail that leaves you stranded. Which leads me to my next post…
