Looks like a road you head south on between Sargents & Gunnison? (or even the one @ Sargents)

aside question: What's the name of that pass between Gunnison and Lake City - the dirt one that starts with the letter "P"... I can't recall the name at the moment...

saw this australian shot on the tu250 forum, (without the funky trees) those hills remind me of the gunnison/saguache country.....

I am wondering if this road can be taken to get to Los Pinos for a nearly all dirt path to Lake City from Gunnison. Does anybody know if this is possible? I didn't have time to fully explore the area.

There are BLM roads that you can get from Hartmans to Powder Horn,used to do it when I was a student at WSC, but lots of dead ends. Now I gotta go dig something obscure up....
