back to it

o.k., exhibition pro's are officially the glove on order. muslim holidays have stopped any progress for the last week. monday I should have some better info on dates.

i'll see if I can get the exhibition pro's in a long gauntlet, this would be easier than ordering the produlas or formigys in a few pairs...

Getting back on track!

This is Great news!
With ya' all the way. Long gauntlet sounds like a great idea and compromise.

Thanks for the update

I've paid on the website then noticed this group buy. Can I still get my group buy discount?

I ordered a set of CE armor from Velocity Gear 9/10/11.

My Paypal acct. was debited that day, but despite a PM to Velocitygirl, I've heard nothing more from Velocity Gear after almost 2 weeks. Not even the courtesy of responding to my PM.

I'd be wary of ordering anything from this company. I consider this extremely poor customer service. You want to run a business? Then run it like a business!

Hello,

Hopefully, you received your refund. If not please let me know.

As for the rest; it's always easy to assume what should be done and how. Clearly, if I had the resources to "do it right", I would. People wait for my apparel because I have proven over time that I build products for the "real world". I would always prefer to be judged by my products rather than my logo or customer service abilities. I do what I can without losing my mind and if that isn't good enough, a refund is always an option..

velocity_girl is unavailable, unfortunately..... only adding to my issues.

it is, what it is.... and that's what it is

Just now getting ready to transfer details for the Exhibition Pro glove order.

If anybody is unwilling to wait, PLEASE let me know and I'll go ahead and refund your purchase. No need for stress, I get enough of that all by myself..
