the next month i rode with the old bike club, we took a 2 lane route tru backwoods to shelby forest general store for lunch





after lunch i left the pack and went into the forest

some cool rds



stopped off at this little creek

back to town


and ended the evening on beale st

opps skipped over opening day at the titled klit in buford ga

chip, robin, cary, melissa and chad on st pattys day

ya'll might have heard the mississippi flooded, i thought i'd take ride out that way and headed south stopped for lunch
bbq and tax service how can ya go wrong?

have i mentioned i saw morgan freeman awhile back and he had asked me to stop in at his club

when i realized i was close to clarkston ms, i thought here's my chance



by the way i think morgan invited the other 2 million people watching tv that night to



me and jim beam go way back


some more good bands

across the st was a small bar with some people sitting out front and some bikes. they'd yelled when i pulled up, so i wondered over there went inside got a beer went back out front and was bs ing when they all decided they were going back across st and see who was playing. I went back into pay for my beer and this guy yells at me. Tells me i'll have to come back later and pay for my beer he'd just mopped the floor

listened to the band and did some mor bs'ing and decided to hit the rd.

Crossed the river into helena

flooded casino on the miss side



saw some harley's and goldwings out side of a bar someone waved and i pulled in

turned out these guys owned the place and only opened it a few times a yr. good bunch of folks

they told me rds were in bad shape on their side of the river. Rds closed and everybody rerouted to one or two rds.

So i headed back to miss

rolled back into memphis





so close i might as well go by beale
