Those are the ones we have been discussing the past couple posts - I have a couple of the big ones which are HUGE.

Mounted my new cases last night.

Some pics:

Need to add some lanyards still to help with strain relief. I was a little worried about the width but it turns out the left bag is within the bar limits and the right bag sticks out about an inch or so.

Overall, I'm very happy with the bags for the price. Definitely not quite as good as Pelicans but MUCH cheaper and for me, and how often I will use them, is fine with me.

Whipping is fine for braided lines, but he used nylon. Just melt the end filaments together with a cig lighter or hot knife blade. It a heck of a lot easier and lasts forever. Plus the little blog on the end keeps the knot from pulling through and loosening.

The Wolfman rack is a little different than the one for my XRL. On the XRL rack, the metal retainers on the bags go thru a wire loop on the rack. The Triumph rack has sheet metal with a slot to accept the metal retainer.

The holes in the sheet metal near the slots are used to mount hard bags. Not sure if another plate is needed or how it works.
That must be the new design racks is it?

Thats the setup im planning on getting but only ever seen the ones on wolfman video which he fits to the drz, the ones youve got look a lot stronger.

How do you find them?

I like the look of the monsoon bags too, never heard of them before, could be handy if the girlfriend ever comes away with me

Muddy,
I also have the Wolfman Expedition panniers and I love them. The rack is rock solid too.
