So how many of you Jets faithful are looking forward to adding a Tebow jersey to your sports attire collection?

By the third game of the season he will be behind center. If not sooner.

Sanchez has good skills, but doesn't have the confidence to compete at the NFL level. Tebow may not have the raw skills, but has the confidence to achieve anything. I agree, Tebow will be starting at some point this year.

Sanchez had almost the same stats in his 3rd season as Eli Manning did. People were dissatisfied with Manning back then, too. Look at him now!

Also, Sanchez had a joke (AKA Wayne Hunter) at RT, and played on an offense with no threat to stretch the field. He threw long a LOT the previous year, when Braylon Edwards, as not so good as he was, was at least there to stretch the field. Holmes doesn't stretch the field. Burress certainly didn't. People could just sit on the short to medium range routes.

Sanchez is far from perfect, but it's far too early to shovel dirt on the guy. Especially when the option to replace him is Tim Tebow, who rode an excellent Denver defense and a soft schedule into the playoffs. Look what the terrible NE defense did to Tebow in the playoffs! That's just someone who is competent enough to scheme against Tebow without much talent on D. Tebow beat Pittsburgh previously, but their team was delivered to the field in an ambulance.

I fear for the Jets this year.

Football season starts soon! Shouldn't we be hearing about the Jets Road to the Superbowl?!?

Right now the focus is on path to the QB position.

I think this offense is a lot more Sanchez friendly, although the semi 2-QB system could have a negative effect. I'm warming up to Tebow in the role the Jets intend to use him in.

Just having a downfield threat will really open up the offense. Holmes isn't a deep threat, but he's great in short/intermediate routes. They'll be more open to him if the Jets can stretch the field a little with Hill. Don't know if Schillens is that kind of guy, but he's always gotten rave reviews.... just can't stay healthy.

I just saw a joke on Yahoo.

"If Tebow found Jesus on a football field he would still overthrow him by 15 yards."

Tim Tebow is now referring to fourth downs as "Jews" because they are the hardest to convert.

Well both QB's looked horrible last night!

Preseason or not they should be able to score a TD from the 12 yard line, or at least not look pathetic trying.

What do Tebow and LeBron James have in common?

They both have a nice bounce pass.
