Ah, I knew there would be a CX/GL twin in here somewhere. My 2nd bike was a 1980 GL500.

GB 500 from years ago. Honda made it, no one liked it then. Kind of like the Hawk GT, a cult classic now.

Here is a 1967 Honda S90 minutes before complete tear down for ground up restoration.

This one is a 1967 Honda S65 in unrestored condition as found on a farm in western Manitoba. Runs and drives well. 2629 original miles.

I can play this game!
CB550Four brought home last weekend:

Cleaning a little this past week:

I got a battery, cleaned the points and she fired right up! I don't think it's run since 2003. The PO had never heard it run. I DESPERATELY need to do the valves tomorrow after work. Soon as I get the little barrel adjuster nut for the clutch lever I can take it out for a spin

I stuck my CL350K4 in a car/bike show yesterday just for giggles. It turns out that when you're with a bunch of modified HDs you win a trophy for best non-modified. If the judges knew their stuff they would have noticed the Suzuki H4 headlight shell, the wrong seat cover, and the K4 shifter. Oh well... Not bad for a $400 bike.

I think I would love one of those.
I just blew all my extra cash on a newer used car, but I think I would really like a 1973 sl350.
I don't need to go real fast in the dirt.
