Yes, it's stock can with heat shield coated with rustoleum rattlecan bedliner, very durable leaves a egg shell, lightly textured finish.

Yes, by hand though, sewing machine left in the divorce. I've made all kinds of things for my Jeep, grab handles, pouches, etc.
