We got stuck in traffic something fierce both coming and going to the race. She got REALLY hot, but no more uncomfortable than any bike would be in those conditions (mid 90's and high humidity moving a block every 30 min or so) and no function issues.

I'm using a Micatech medium top case. With their rack, it's off & on in less than 10 seconds. I can fit my helmet & my mesh jacket.

While waiting for a tow truck.... got a nail in the rear tire at about 65mph. No tools (or experience) to change / patch a tube.

Definitely worth it to try a tire swap in the garage & carry a tire repair kit with you. I bought a kit that has the c02 & spoons I think I paid about 30-40. The great thing about the one I got is it holds all the required tools for road side repair.

They have a US DIstributer now again. Holan USA dropped them a few months ago but know www.advmotorrad.com picked them up. I'm going to order one when they get them in stock.
