Suh said that he will only apologize to his teammates, coaches and "true fans," because he did not intend to kick Dietrich-Smith or push his head into the turf multiple times.

Am sure Goodall will agree.

He was trying to get up after being taken down and Smith's head just happened to get in the way, he thought it was an earthquake and the ground was moving as he was trying to plant a hand on the ground. Then when he was trying to get clear, traumatized by an earthquake phobia, he lost his balance and coincidentally stepped on him. It was all innocent, the officials just have it in for him.

“What I did was remove myself from the situation in the best way I felt,” Suh said, adding, “My intentions were not to kick anybody, as I did not, removing myself.”

Sounds like you guys are making Ndamakong not very happy. I wouldn't want to be on the business end of an unhappy Suh. No-siree.

Bout time this team has something exciting to put on the field. Suh is on a Barry Sanders type level wrt reason to buy a ticket. He will put on a show and he comes to work each and every game. QB's gotta be having nightmares thinking about him coming up on their backside.

Very very very dissapointed Jurgen is. Come on Suh, you have talent. Stop being a dirtbag. Own it, and grow up.

Not sure how a man can carry himself so well off the field and be such an asshole on the field. It's embarrassing. This fucking team never fails to disappoint. All I wanted was to enjoy a few brews and see a competitive game. Instead I get to see that sort of horseshit. Glad I haven't spent a dime on these fuckers in over 5 years.

Now, where's my bourbon?

Well stated. I feel for ya. They (Detroit) have moved a long way forward. Hopefully they'll continue in that direction. Hopefully there is someone (his mom?) that can knock Suh upside the head in a way that he'll get it.

What do you do with a guy who has so much money that fines don't change his behavior?
I think we're being a little hard on the guy.

After all, it can't be easy being a boy named Suh...

Don't worry Suh, the city of Chicago and Bears fans everywhere thought that was a great game.

I have managed to function at a high level in life and death situations before. That said, there have been times I could throw my computer through the damned window when it deletes two hours worth of my two finger typing.

It's Suh's job to avoid senseless penalties and avoid getting kicked out of the game for stomping on people. He can't seem to do that part of his job with a modicum of professionalism. He's not far from a suspension.

He should be suspended. I can understand, and I think you should be able to relate as well, to the idea that a man of that age in that sort of highly charged situation can do stupid shit. It is not excusable by any stretch, but I certainly remember being full of piss and vinegar and over-reacting when I was in my very early 20's.

Still sucks to watch. Still disappoints me as a fan. Still inexcusable.

It does get old seeing the HIONS lose on Thanksgiving

Suh should get suspended

At 7 - 4, still much better than most would have thought going into this season; if they end up 9 - 7 or better it would be considered a Good season and just might be enough to squeak into the playoffs for the 1st time in a long time

One of the things that bugs me about it is that he is making excuses and denying responsibility. Doing so is slamming the door on opportunities to learn and grow. I truly want to like the guy. He is incredibly talented, smart and well spoken. He is going to end up alienating fans, teammates and contemporaries.
