I watched one game of Fairley's entire college career, a bowl game. During that game, the announcers told the world Fairley would be a problem. The psychological evaluation was easy. Easy to do, and easy to ignore, apparently.

It's a mistake to think the NFL cares how its players act.

I think that is six infractions with four different players. I've lost count. Troubling part is, if the coaches can't get these idjits to be smart enough to not get arrested, how the hell are they gonna get through a game, let alone a season, without fucking up and forgetting what they are told to do. No discipline, and it is a big problem. I expect a pretty decent step backward for this team this season. Be lucky to see 8-8.

Me thinks, that all these off season "distractions" are actually a prelude to a Kick Pucking Ass Season, just like last year when Most Everyone believed that the "Old Lions" would do as they had for the last who knows how many seasons = Lose and Not Make the Playoffs.

At the end of the day, who really gives a Shit?

Morals, Values, Being a Positive Role Model & doing the Right Thing?

Those are "Old School".

Just WIN, right - that's what really matters? !

If the Lions can stay Healthy, we're looking at another 10 & 6 season or maybe even 11 & 5 with another Playoff Birth in 2012/2013

The Motor City can use every Winner they can get especially with the Tigers struggling...

The Motor City can use every Winner they can get especially with the Tigers struggling...

They have a tougher schedule and nothing I've read or listened to has told me they have addresses their inability to tackle or stop the run. Stafford will need to stand on his head if the team continues to give up 20+ per game. Couple that with the lack of a stable running game and I don't think I am looking at the "same old Lions", I am looking at a team that is going to have a helluva time winning.

Unfortunately, the "Just Win and all is forgiven" is a problem, IMO. There are organizations that are able to win without having a bunch of thugs and fuck-ups in their locker room. I'd rather have my kid watching a group of stand-up men playing their asses off and coming up just short than a bunch of douch-bag hoodlums going 11-5. JMHO.
